This tab allows selecting the type of data you would like to get report on. In the Selection Pane click on the type of report you would like to get. In the Report Pane select the items you would like to be included into the report. You can select all items in the Report Pane by clicking Check All on the right. To clear the selection click Uncheck All. After you have selected all necessary items click Generate > in the right lower corner of the window.
Keywords Report. If you select this report all the keywords by which the users found your site on the search engines will be displayed in the Report Pane. Select all keywords you would like to get report on and click Generate >.
Keyphrases Report. The same report like the previous report, except that it is generated for multi-word phrases.
Report by Referrers. This option allows generating report by referrers. This report provides statistics on the both external and internal pages that contain links to your site. Select the ones you would like to include into the report and click Generate >.
Top Requested Pages. This report provides statistics on the most frequently opened pages of your site.
Statistics by SE. Provides information on user visits from search engines. Using this report you can get information on what search engines give the most traffic to your site and drive most visitors.
Visits from SE. This report allows getting detailed information on visitors coming through search engines. In the upper part of the window the list of search engines, through which visitors came to your site is displayed. If you select one of the search engines, the detailed information on all visits from it will be displayed in the lower window. The lower window displays the following information:
- The name of the search engine
- The keyword or keyphrase by which the user has found your site
- The resource (page) where the user from the search engine landed on your site
- Status code, returned by the server
- The date and time the user came to your site
- The host or IP address of the user
- The address of the referring SE page
- The country of the user
Spider Visits. This report provides detailed information on visits of search engine spiders. In the upper part of the window the list of spiders is displayed. If you select one of the spiders, detailed information on its visits will be displayed in the lower part of the window:
- The name of the spider
- The resource (page of the site) the spider has visited
- The date and time of the indexation
- The status code, returned by the server
- The address of the referring page (if available)
- The user agent of the spider
Navigation statistics. This report provides statistics on user navigation on resource. Enter the address of the page to be analyzed into the address bar and click Analyze. In the main window the program will open the page analyzed with the percentage information on user clicks on every link on the page. The statistics on external links is unavailable, that is why only label "External" is displayed next to every external link.
Analyze by keywords
You can transfer the keywords or keyphrases information into the Site Analyzer module to analyze your pages by actual keywords, by which visitors found your site on search engines. Open Keywords Report or Keyphrases Report and select the entries you would like to transfer. Click Analyze by keywords.
Analyze by referrers
You can analyze the referring pages through which the actual users came to your site much like you can analyze the keywords and keyphrases. Open Referrers Report and select the entries you would like to transfer. Click Analyze by referrers .
