Link table displays detailed information about the selected in the Main project table window and allows editing link information. This table contains four tabs. Each of them allows performing certain actions on the link, selected in the Main project table.
Preview
Using this tab you can open the page by the link, selected in the Main project table. To open partner page you should click on the link in the URL field. The tab works much like an ordinary web browser, except for some additional options. You can follow the links in the window, navigate back and forth using and buttons, enter any URL in the Address field. Here are the descriptions of the buttons:
- go to URL in the address bar
- go one page back
- go one page forward
- stop loading page
You can get additional information on every link in the project on the following search engines:

AllTheWeb - queries AllTheWeb for information about the site
Yahoo - finds out if the site is present in the Yahoo Directory
Yandex - queries the site link popularity on Yandex
If you want to add the opened page to the project, click , after which the program will open Add Web Site dialog.
Edit link
This tab allows editing information on the selected link:
- URL found - the address of the page, found by the program automatically or added manually
- Partner site homepage - address of the site's start page
- Page, containing a link to your site - the address of the page on the partner's site, containing link to your site
- Partner company - the name of the company or organization of your partner
- Icon or logo of the partner site - the URL of the partners's logo on partner site. You can download and preview all images from partner homepage by clicking
Get... This will open preview a window, where you can view all images, found by the program while analyzing the site's start page:
Click Get, and the program will download the site's start page and extract all images, providing their URLs in the left window. If you click on a URL, the image will be displayed in the right part of the window. To select the image and add it to link info, click on its URL and click OK.
- Title of the partner page - the content of the <TITLE> tag of the partner page or any other text, naming the page
- Description of the partner page - the content of the <DESCRIPTION> tag of the partner page or any other text, describing the page
- Partner name - the name of the owner of the site
- Notes - any comments to the link
If you see the Get button against any field this means that the program may try to extract it online from the site.
FTP
Using this module you can create and edit your own partner pages and later upload them directly to your FTP-server.
The tab consists of three parts: Folders window, Files window and Toolbar. In the Folders window you can preview folders on your FTP server. You can browse them by selecting and double-clicking them or hitting Enter. In the Files window the file content of the current FTP folder is displayed. To establish connection with your FTP-server you should enter the following information in the corresponding fields on the Toolbar:
- FTP host - the address of your FTP-server
- FTP port - port, used by your FTP-server
- Username - your login on the server. If the server does not require authentication, you can use default value (anonymous) for establishing connection
- Password - associated with your username password, used for logging on to your FTP-server
After you have provided all necessary information, click Connect. Once the connection has been established, the button turns into Disconnect, which can be used for shutting down FTP connection.
FTP module can be used for generating and editing partner HTML pages, which will be later uploaded to your site. To add new links to your existing partners page , connect to your FTP-server, select your links page and click Get, after which the program will load the selected page and save it locally. After saving the page click Generate. The program will open the following window:
Page. If you want to create a new page with the links to your partners sites select New. If you want to add new links to an existing page click Open. If you select the latter all other options on the window will be disabled.
Choose page layout. Select the type of the partner page you want to create. If you select creating a Catalog type page, the start page will only contain the list of categories with links to pages. Every page will contain sites of one of the categories. If you select generating Single page all of the links will be placed on the same page.
Choose page layout. Select the layout for the partner page:
- every link on the page will contain a partner logo and the description of the site on the right
- every link on the page will contain a partner logo and the description of the site below
- every link on the page will contain the URL of the site and site description
- every link on the page will contain the logo. URL and the description of the site
Generating a new partners page
If you select New page generation, the following window will be opened:
In the upper left window all sites of the project are displayed. You can filter them by status by selecting the appropriate item in the drop-down menu Filter. The field Image folder displays the name of the folder where your partners' graphical logos on your FTP-server will be saved, if you are going to use their logos in your links. The right window displays the sites to be included into the page. To add a site to the list double click it in the left window or select it with the mouse pointer and click . To add all sites to the list click . To remove a site from the list double click it or select it with the mouse pointer and click . To remove all sites from the list click . After you have added al sites you would like to link to, click Generate. (Example page)
Adding links to existing pages
For the program to be able to insert a link properly you need to insert a comment in the place where your partner link or links will be inserted. To insert a comment place the mouse cursor in the appropriate place and click Paste comment. The program will add the following comment tag to the page code, so that you can easily locate it later:

Note: the comment tag should be placed only within the body of the page!
Once the comment is inserted click Overwrite to add the selected links to the page code. After you have added all partner links to your page you can have look at the page in the design mode by clicking Preview. If you click Upload the window will be closed, after which you should click Upload button on the FTP tab. The page will be saved in the folder, currently opened in the FTP folders window. You can also save the file locally by clicking Save and providing the name and location of the file. You can also open a locally saved file for editing by clicking Open.
Send E-mail
This tab works like an e-mail agent, except for some differences. Here you can edit and send letters to your potential partners with offers of cooperation.
In the To: field enter the address of the recipient of the letter. You can select the most likely one from the available in the program addresses, if you don't know the exact address of the webmaster: office@domain.com, webmaster@domain.com, info@domain.com and admin@domain.com.
In the CC field enter the address enter the address, to which the carbon copy of this e-mail will be sent;
In the Subject field enter the subject of your message
The field From is inactive - you can change it in the Mail settings
E-mail templates. The program contains set of ready-made e-mail templates with link exchange proposals. Select one of the e-mail templates in the drop-down menu and it will be displayed in the message text window. Don't forget to provide all necessary information in the Edit link window - partner name, your name, your link page address, since it will be used in the e-mail templates. You can create your own e-mail template by selecting item New template.
After you have selected and edited the message text, set Priority and flag Confirm Receipt check box, if you want to be notified of message delivery.
To send message, click Send E-mail.
Creating a new e-mail template
If for any reason no template satisfies all your needs you can create your own message template. Select New template item from the E-mail Templates menu. The program will open a window for editing a new template:
In the Name Template field enter the name for the template under which it will be saved in the program. In the Subject field enter the subject of the letter. Edit the text of the template in the Message window. Note that you don't need to use proper names and URLs in the template - use variables that are displayed in the Template elements window instead. The program will substitute them automatically for every link using link settings.
Using Queue
The program uses queue for for sending multiple e-mail messages simultaneously.
Add to queue - adds the current message to the queue
Remove from queue - removes the current message from the queue
Clear queue - removes all messages from the queue
Preview queue - opens the preview window where you can view information on all e-mail messages to your partners
