NetPromoter Company announces the availability of the new version of Site Statistics software Site Statistics 2.1. The program embodies complex approach to tracking and analyzing user behavior on a Web site and contains a set of other marketing tools that enable webmasters to tune-up the performance of their sites, improve usability and enhance visibility on search engines.
Site Statistics comprises such modules as Site Analyzer (retrieves statistics information on site structure and on-page text), Top 10 Analyzer (analyzes the reasons why certain sites occupy top positions on search engines), Log Statistics module altogether with the tracking counter for analyzing user visits to the site and many other useful tools that make site management tasks easy.
The following changes have been made to the new program version:
1 - Log Statistics module has been greatly enhanced:
- The program now recognizes the user agents of more than 400 search engine spiders, creating a number of customized reports on spider visits
- Automatic recognition of all popular log files has been improved, analyzing even log files with TAB separators
- The recognition of visits from search engines has been enhanced; the program now recognizes visits from over 300 search engines
- You can view detailed information on every site visitor now the search engine the visitor came from, the keyword with which the visitor found your site, etc.
- A new tool for evaluating navigation statistics has been introduced, allowing you to view the statistics on user clicks on every page on your site; using this module you can evaluate the navigability and usability of your site and take decisions on improving the layout if you find out that the user do not click the most important links
2 - New Site Indexation module has been added, allowing you to find out which pages of your site have been indexed by search engines and are available to searchers. Using this information you can decide if all the important pages have been indexed and submit them to SE, if necessary
3 - New PPC ROI Calculators module has been introduced, allowing you to calculate the efficiency of your current pay-per-click campaigns as well as plan expenditures for future campaigns.
Site Statistics software package has been greatly improved with enhanced usability and additional functional features.
