If you run the program for the first time, it is strongly recommended that you run updates module. Click Tools menu in the Main Menu and select Update. If your version is not older than the server version, you will get the message saying You have the most up-to-date database!

In the pop-up window click Check for Updates, the program will connect to the support server and check if there are update packages, newer than the one that is in your program database. If there are, you can update these packages bu clicking Update the selected package.

Without these updates program will be unable to recognize visits from the most popular search engines.
