XML format is a simple and convenient form to store the information about spider visits. You can export the log database of your site into this format.
Press the Export button to start the Export Wizard.
On the first step, select export format and the source of log files to be exported.

The source can be either spider visits data, or visits from search engines data. Log information can be exported into the following formats:
- CSV (Comma Separated Values) - format, supported by MS Excelâ„¢
- XML (Extensible Markup Language) - language, created to structure, store and to send information.
- Text - plain text format
- Log file - data will be stored in log file formats. If you select to save data in this format, you will be able to choose the type of the log file to save data in:
- Apache 2.0 Standard
- W3C Extended Log Standard
- Spider IPs in CSV - only IP addresses of visiting spiders will be saved in Comma Separated Values format
Press Next to move to the second step of the Wizard.

On the second step specify the target file name, fields to be exported, and select check box if you want to open the target file after exporting. The fields may be dragged between lists with your mouse or moved using appropriate buttons.

- To add all fields to export list click >>
- To remove selected field from export list click <
- To remove all fields from export list click <<
To export all information available, move all fields to the right list. When you press Export, the process will be started.
