UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES YOU MAY REVERSE-ENGINEER, MODIFY OR ALTER IN ANY WAY FILES OR PROGRAM ITSELF IN THIS DISTRIBUTION PACKAGE, USE PARTS OF THIS SOFTWARE IN OTHER PRODUCTS, NOR USE OR DISTRUBUTE MODIFICATIONS OR FAKE LICESES THAT MAY RESULT IN ILLEGALY UNLOCKING SHAREWARE LIMITATIONS.

If the software causes damage, harm, injury, or fatalities, you the user and not NetPromoter or it's dealers, distributors, agents, or employees, assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction.

The above is the only warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of market ability and fitness for a particular purpose. No oral, written information, or advise given by NetPromoter, its dealers, distributors, agents, or employees shall create a warranty or in any way increase the scope of this warranty. Neither NetPromoter nor anyone else who has been involved in the creation, production or delivery of this product shall be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (including damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, and the like) arising out of the use or inability to use such a product even if NetPromoter has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

1. NetPromoter Lab reserves the right at any time not to release another version, or if released, to alter prices, features, specifications, capabilities, functions, licensing terms, release dates, general availability or other characteristics of the new version.
2. Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software shall remain with NetPromoter. You agree to abide by the copyright laws of European Union as well as international copyright agreements. You agree not to modify the Software or attempt to decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software, except to the extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such restriction.
3. NetPromoter Lab SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OF ANY SORT, WHETHER ARISING IN TORT, CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF NetPromoter Lab, HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THIS LIMITATION AND EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
4. This software is licensed for use on ONE computer unless specifically stated elsewhere. Additional use on one or more computers requires an additional license for use.

This software may be distributed on online services, bulletin boards, or other electronic media. This software may be distributed on CD-ROM, disk, or other physical media for free without the permission of NetPromoter .

You may not alter this software in any way, including changing or removing any messages or windows.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By using this NetPromoter Lab software you acknowledge that you have read this limited warranty, understand it, and agree to abide by its terms and conditions. You also agree that the limited warranty is the complete and exclusive statement of agreement between the parties and supersede all proposals or prior agreements, oral or written, and any other communications between the parties relating to the subject matter of the limited warranty.
