To view report on the current project push on the Project Toolbar or select View > Report.
When you open the report window you can view information gathered during the last scan of the current project. By default the project window displays general information:
- Project start page
- Date of the last check
- Total number of scanned links
- Table with the numbers of links in each category: good, error, not verified, unsupported, anchors, error anchors, redirects, internal, external, etc.
On the floating Report Toolbar you can select the type of report to be displayed:
- General report displays the following information:
- Project start page
- Date and time of the last project check
- Total number of scanned links
- Number of links sorted by status in the program (in a table form)
- Broken links report - displays information about broken links in the project
- Pages report - displays information about the web site's pages
- Tags report - display information extracted from meta tags
- File types report - select file types to be viewed in the report
- Tree report - displays site's tree (map)
- Orphans report - displays information about orphaned files
- Availability report- displays information on your site's availability via anonymous proxy servers.
- Complex report - displays all the possible information on the project. You can customize this report by selecting types of reports to include.
You can Save a report to disc as an HTML file by pressing Save Report As... in the floating box. To view it in the web-browser click Open in Browser . If you want to export the report to MS Word, press Open in MS Word. To print the report click Print. If you press Close, Main Project window will be opened.
